The JELD-WEN team was awarded the Engineering and Technology award for Digitalizing Shop Floor Processes for Transformational Impact, awarded by the Manufacturing Leadership Council. At the Dodson plant L2L helped them digitize thousands of shop floor processes to improve reliability, quality, and production throughput. In just 6 months they were able to streamline their manufacturing processes and increase capacity by more than 44%.
