Here's how users can access Guides.
- Access a Guide from a Dispatch:
Get intuitive visual support at the moment of need in the flow of work for consistent process execution.
Example: There's a Code Red Dispatch for the mechanical failure of a robot. A reference immediately pops up on an operator's smartphone with a step-by-step guide for performing the fix.
- Access a Guide from the Operator Portal:
You can find the right Guide directly in the Operator Portal.
Example: An operator gets a task to “set up the Multipacker” but doesn’t recall how to do it. They can:
→ Click on the “Documents” tab
→ Review the step-by-step procedure
→ ... and successfully execute the task!
- Access a Guide from a checklist:
An operator can access mobile step-by-step standard work from a checklist that's available directly in the Operator Portal.
