L2L users can now access mobile-first, step-by-step how-to Guides to refresh their knowledge on how to execute a task. Guides are visual job aids that are available for frontline teams on any device—and can be edited on the go. 

Guides enable standardization across teams, lines, and sites and can be auto-translated into 52 languages.

Here's how users can access Guides.

1. Access a Guide from a Dispatch: 
   Get intuitive visual support at the moment of need in the flow of work for consistent process execution.
   
   Example: There's a Code Red Dispatch for the mechanical failure of a robot. A reference immediately pops up on an operator's smartphone with a step-by-step guide for performing the fix.
   
2. Access a Guide from the Operator Portal: 
   You can find the right Guide directly in the Operator Portal. 
   
   Example: An operator gets a task to “set up the Multipacker” but doesn’t recall how to do it. They can:
   
   → Click on the “Documents” tab
   → Review the step-by-step procedure 
   → ... and successfully execute the task!
   
   
3. Access a Guide from a checklist: 
   An operator can access mobile step-by-step standard work from a checklist that's available directly in the Operator Portal.
